Passports (AMENDMENT) regulations 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 20 of the Passports Act (Cap.61), I, Hon. William Bradford Marau, Minister for Commerce, Industries, Labour and Immigration make the following Regulations:
1 Citation
These regulations may be cited as the Passports (Amendment) regulations 2018
2 Commencement
These Regulations Commence on the date it is published in the Gazette.
3 Amendment of Passports Regulations
The Passports regulations are amended by deleting the Schedule and substituting the following
